Shipping Costs

Delivery Address

Privazz cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons outside our control, such as an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect the parcel when required, we reserve the right to deduct any relevant shipping or return costs from a refund where appropriate.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Orders Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:
- check with other members of your household
- check with neighbours or reception staff, where applicable
- look around any safe place the courier may have used
- contact the courier directly for further information
If needed, you may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you. However, Privazz cannot guarantee responsibility for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to the destinations made available during checkout. If your address is not accepted during the checkout process, this usually means that delivery to that location is not currently available.
Customs, Duties and Additional Charges
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.
